Privacy Policy

Account information: name, email, phone number, and password.

Home information: address, ZIP code, year built, size, systems, known issues, and scheduling preferences you provide during onboarding.

Service records: appointments, visit reports, photos, and Home Health Scores generated from your check-ups.

Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

To provide and schedule the service, assign providers, generate your Home Health Dashboard and reports, process billing, send service communications, and improve the product.

Assigned providers receive the information needed to complete your visit — typically your name, address, and phone number. We share data with service vendors that operate the platform: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), and Supabase (database and hosting). We do not sell your personal information.

With your consent we send appointment confirmations, reminders, and account emails. Message and data rates may apply to SMS. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of SMS reminders; you can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in those messages. Service-critical messages (such as billing notices) may still be sent.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, though no system is perfectly secure.

You can view and update your information in your dashboard, request a copy of your data, or request deletion of your account by contacting us. Deleting your account ends your Home Health Score history.

HomeChecker is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children.
